The sunny B-side

"We don't forget to play because we grow old, we grow old because we forget to play" GB Shaw. Believe me, there really is life after forty! I'm over sixty, so I know. Of course, I'm not saying that the past two decades have been a walk in the park. And the next ones may also have plenty of difficulties, but I'm saying that the B side can be sunny. Heat waves, unexpectedly gaining pounds, panic attacks in the fitting room, kissing instead of hello, more and more younger and fewer older colleagues at work. Sounds familiar, right? There are a lot of question marks, and most of them are related to yourself. This book was born because I think I know what you feel, I know what you're going through. And although I'm no magician, I still wanted to stand by you and tell you about my personal experiences with menopause and the perhaps not so painful passing of youth. I had the help of several great experts who provided important thoughts and advice on topics such as relationships, career, health, beauty and dressing. Together with them, I would like to show you: you can indeed live a full and meaningful life at fifty, sixty, seventy, and even more. I support you in finding beauty in everyday life and in yourself. Let's think about your life strategy together so that you can accept, and what's more, use the passing of the years to your advantage.
